We had an amazing crazy weekend filled with birthday's, spending time with out of town family, our first baby shower and the privilege of being our niece Nora Elizabeth's baptismal Godparents.
Baby shower was fantastic! I want to thank the Saia/Poppa side of my family and friends that came out to celebrate. A big thanks to my Mom, Sister and Aunt Leanne for putting on the cutest Hungry Caterpillar theme shower ever. My sister made the cupcake caterpillar and my good friend Amber Wayne made the cookies.
Dan and I would like to say thank you for all of the wonderful gifts John Michael received. As soon as we get the crib & dresser in place we will finish decorating the room and have a spot in his room for all of his clothes, toys and books!! (Pics to come) He is one loved little guy and we cannot wait to meet him, but we still have a few months to go.
I am feeling well, 24 weeks 4 days and going strong. Baby bot is kicking away and wiggling like no other. Kicks and wiggles are the best feeling in the world, I wish Dan could experience the amazement of out little guy! The next appt is Aug 19 and we will be 26 weeks!!
This is a picture of our Goddaughter/Niece Nora! She was super cute today while getting baptized and only fussed at the end when she was getting hungry. Her sister Lila was adorable when she whispered," We are going to dunk Nora". Here is a pic of Ms. Lila Bug and her Uncle Monkey (Mike) and Tom.
